Shipping policy
Most orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing time may be longer around the holiday season as we are processing more orders during this time. Once your order leaves our studio, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@theletterystudio.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
